Group Personal Training

superfit_group_trainingSuperFit group personal training is limited to 4 clients per session. This form of training can be beneficial for beginners through advanced fitness enthusiasts.  In a small group training session clients tend to become more competitive. This has been proven to maximize results and be more cost effective. The 4 to 1 client to trainer ratio also assures proper form and technique during training session.
