SuperFit Fitness Program
This 6 week indoor/outdoor Boot Camp style Program brings you the most unique fitness experience you will ever have. Designed and instructed by a former Navy S.E.A.L., this four day a week, six week workout plan will take you to an entirely new level of fitness.
