Summer Football Program
Phase 1 Sports Summer Football Program is one of the most complete in the country. The program consists of a minimum of 4 days a week covering all aspects of preparing for the next season. This program is progressive throughout the summer, which allows athletes to track progress. The strength and conditioning portion includes max effort, dynamic effort, repeated effort, and a football warrior day. The strength and conditioning is followed by a series of speed, agility, quickness and overall conditioning.
