With a focus of hand eye coordination, overall endurance, and core training our Phase 1 Boxing class can take your training to the next level. This hour of action packed punching gives you a complete mental and physical workout that taxes mind, body and soul. Unlike most Boxing classes, you will be in wraps and gloves punching 100 lb. heavy bags. The aggressive pace is sure to deliver maximum results.
