Personal Training
One on One Training is great for individualized goals. This form of training can be beneficial for beginners through advanced fitness enthusiasts. To maximize your results you will be with your trainer every set and every rep of your training session. This will also assure proper form and techniques. Having a trainer has also proven to be great motivation to maximize overall results. One on One Training is also very beneficial in the case of a medical issue that may need specialized attention. In these cases we also have the ability to communicate with you medical doctor to assure an effective training program.
SuperFit group personal training is limited to 4 clients per session. This form of training can be beneficial for beginners through advanced fitness enthusiasts. In a small group training session clients tend to become more competitive. This has been proven to maximize results and be more cost effective. The 4 to 1 client to trainer ratio also assures proper form and technique during training session.
