    Phase 1 Sports specializes in performance training for athletes. As an athlete balancing academics and sports, along with the many other obligations can be a challenge. The time spent training to become a better athlete can sometimes become less of a priority. However, research shows that athletes that participate in some form of additional sports specific training are more productive in their sport. With the focus of maximizing time and assisting athletes in reaching their full potential, we have a variety of programs.           

     

    -Age 14+

    -Sport-Specific Training

    -Speed and Agility Training

    -Movement/Balance/Flexibility Training

    -Small Group Training Sessions

    -Testing and Progressive Evaluations

     

    Each Phase 1 training program focuses on  developing athletes physically and mentally.  Nutritional advice is also included to assure athlete has an understanding of proper diet and nutrition.
