Phase 1 Sports Speed, Agility, Quickness Training!

 

Date: Ever Tuesday & Thursday

 

Time: Tuesday/Thursday 7pm @ Phase 1 Sports Facility

 

  

Details:

Athletes: Age 13+

Training: Focus on overall Speed Agility and Quickness

 

Additional Benefits:

-Athletes will be trained by certified performance trainers, and be taught proper running technique throughout training program. Athletes will also utilize advance training tools like parachutes, sleds, etc. to enhance overall speed agility and quickness.  

 

Notes:

-Athletes should bring cleats and training shoes considering training will be done on indoor field turf.
