Designed for youth, high school and club teams seeking a competitive edge. Our Team Performance Training program delivers structured, sport-specific workouts focused on speed, strength, agility, and injury prevention. Each session is data-driven, with measurable improvements tracked across key performance metrics. Teams benefit from expert coaching, tailored programming, and a proven system that builds unity and results.
Small group sessions (4–6 athletes) provide a focused, high-energy environment for serious student-athletes. Each group receives individualized coaching within a team setting, maximizing skill development, accountability, and motivation. Athletes experience measurable gains in speed, power, and agility, while building camaraderie and a competitor’s mindset.
Our most personalized option, Private 1 on 1 Training is tailored to each athlete’s unique goals and needs. Every session targets specific areas for improvement—whether it’s speed, strength, movement or recovery. Athletes benefit from direct feedback, custom programming, and the highest level of accountability to achieve rapid, measurable results.

Cold plunge therapy rapidly reduces inflammation, accelerates muscle recovery, and helps athletes bounce back faster after intense training. Regular cold immersion supports improved circulation, decreases soreness, and enhances overall resilience, making it a powerful tool for peak performance.
NormaTec compression therapy uses dynamic air pressure to boost blood flow, flush out metabolic waste, and speed up recovery between sessions. Athletes experience reduced muscle fatigue, less swelling, and faster return to training, supporting higher performance and injury prevention.
Red light therapy harnesses specific wavelengths of light to stimulate cellular repair, decrease inflammation, and promote faster healing. This non-invasive treatment helps athletes recover from workouts and minor injuries, while supporting joint health and muscle regeneration.
Infrared sauna sessions penetrate deep into muscles and tissues, promoting detoxification, relaxation, and improved circulation. Regular use helps reduce muscle stiffness, relieve pain, and accelerate recovery, allowing athletes to train harder and recover smarter.

Our Athlete Nutrition program delivers individualized nutrition plans tailored to each athlete’s unique goals, body composition, and performance needs. Using Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) calculations and precise macronutrient tracking, we design meal strategies that support muscle growth, energy, and recovery. Every plan is built around the athlete’s sport, training intensity, and desired outcomes—ensuring optimal fueling for peak performance, healthy development, and long-term results.
Every athlete at Phase 1 Elite receives a customized nutrition plan built around their specific goals, training demands, and body composition. Our approach uses detailed BMR and macronutrient analysis to ensure each athlete is fueled for optimal performance, recovery, and long-term health. Plans are regularly adjusted based on progress, making nutrition a key part of every athlete’s development.


After every training session, athletes receive a nutrient-rich protein smoothie designed to jumpstart recovery and muscle repair. Each smoothie is blended to deliver the ideal balance of protein and carbohydrates, helping athletes replenish energy stores, reduce soreness, and maximize training results. This consistent post-workout routine supports faster recovery and ongoing performance gains.
